Tawana Randall provides coaching services to individuals and organizations. The client understands that coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for professional advice or treatment.
The client acknowledges that coaching is a partnership, and the client is responsible for their own decisions and actions. The client agrees to take full responsibility for their own well-being, including physical, mental, and emotional.
The client understands that coaching results may vary and that the Coach does not guarantee specific outcomes. The client agrees to communicate openly and honestly with the Coach and understands that the Coach will maintain confidentiality to the extent allowed by law.
By entering into a coaching relationship, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer.

Refund Policy
Coach Tawana Randall has a strict no-refund policy for coaching services. Payments made for coaching sessions or packages are non-refundable.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as a technical issue or scheduling conflict, we may, at our discretion, offer to reschedule the coaching session. The client acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy at the time of booking.
